Over the decades, he expanded thoughtfully, adding more apartments, 4-plexes, duplexes, and single-family homes. It began with David L. at the helm, then transitioned to his son, Clay Gilliland, and Clay’s wife, Brandi. This shift coincided with the office move to 320 East Main Street in Weatherford, right across from Braum’s. Clay and Brandi proudly upheld the high standards David L. established, delivering the same reliable, welcoming rental experience that generations of tenants have enjoyed—including current renters, their parents, and even grandparents who lived here as SWOSU students.

Today, the next generation continues the legacy: Clay and Brandi’s son, Hudsen Gilliland, has joined the team, bringing fresh energy while carrying forward the family’s commitment to quality and service. It’s truly a generational business for good reason!
